The existing Reya AI website lacks engaging content, a clear narrative, and a user-friendly design that speaks directly to its target audience. Currently, the website is overly technical, lacks storytelling elements, and does not effectively communicate the unique value Reya offers to users and care teams. Users find it challenging to navigate and do not regularly return to the site.
